Ley Nacional N° 27.287, las Leyes Provinciales Nros. 3127, 3480 y su modificatoria, 3523, Decreto N° 1544/22, el Expediente MS-N° 782.085/2026.-
APRUÉBASE, el “PROTOCOLO SÍSMICO PARA ESTABLECIMIENTOS EDUCATIVOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE SANTA CRUZ”, elaborado por la SUBSECRETARÍA DE PROTECCIÓN CIVIL Y ABORDAJE INTEGRAL DE EMERGENCIAS Y CATÁSTROFES del MINISTERIO DE SEGURIDAD, que como ANEXOS I y II forman parte integrante de la presente.-
